FORE advises families and individual investors on the organisation, protection and growth of their wealth. We are registered with the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), the Brazilian securities regulator, under number 004354-0.
How we are regulated
Under CVM Resolution 19/2021, an investment consultant in Brazil is prohibited from receiving compensation from third parties for its recommendations. This is the regulatory category under which FORE operates.
FORE is not a financial institution. It does not distribute financial products, does not hold custody of assets and does not manage discretionary portfolios. We advise; the client decides, and assets remain with the institutions of the client's choice.
How we are paid
A single annual percentage of the assets under advisory, between 0.5% and 0.9% per year, decreasing as assets increase. The rate is set out in the engagement proposal and does not vary with the products recommended. Minimum monthly fee of BRL 500.
Within the advisory scope, we receive no commissions, rebates or product-linked compensation. Our only revenue is the fee paid directly by the client.
